Symmetry Martial Arts is excited to introduce you to our Krav Maga self-defense program. Krav Maga is a unique approach to personal safety that can be used by anyone regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Krav Maga techniques are based on natural instincts and feature simple, basic movements of the human body, making them easy to learn and easy to remember.

Symmetry Martial Arts’ Krav Maga program focuses on defenses to real-life attack scenarios in a safe, non-threatening setting, through training in 15 skills essential for self-defense. Our 1-hour Krav Maga classes are broken up into three parts: Combative Strikes, Cardiovascular Drills, and Self Defense. The high repetition of strikes, kicks, and self-defense movements during each class provides muscle memory that will become instinctual under duress, while at the same time providing a high-intensity workout.
